This Privacy Policy describes how intentStay (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit intentstay.com or submit a walkthrough / investor conversation request through our marketing site.
This policy applies to the intentStay marketing website only. It does not cover hotel customer sites or pages we deliver for hotels under separate agreements.

We collect information you choose to send us through the contact form:

- Hotel & city, or firm / fund (for investor inquiries)
- Optional message and inquiry intent (walkthrough or investors)
- Submission timestamp
When you browse the site, our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services / CloudFront) may process standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, and request path for security and reliability. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic and how visitors use the site. Google may set cookies or use similar technologies and process data according to its own policies. We do not run advertising pixels on this site today.

We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox (currently via email). We use infrastructure processors such as Amazon Web Services to host the site and send transactional email. Those processors act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
Retention
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, then delete or archive them according to our internal retention practices, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@intentstay.com.
International transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Children
This site is directed at hotel marketing professionals and investors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
